If women experience amenorrhea early, it will be very harmful to them. It will not only cause women to age rapidly, but also cause many gynecological diseases in their bodies. Female amenorrhea needs to be treated in time, and the earlier the treatment, the better.

How to treat amenorrhea?

1. Artificial (menstrual) cycle therapy. Mimic a normal menstrual cycle, take hormones and progesterone, or use traditional Chinese medicine to create an artificial cycle. After 3-6 artificial cycles, the disease can be basically cured by switching to ovulation-inducing drugs. It plays a psychological regulatory role in primary amenorrhea.

2. Amenorrhea caused by organic lesions and systemic diseases should be treated with surgery or appropriate treatment methods.

3. Traditional Chinese medicine and combination of traditional Chinese medicine and hormones. Traditional Chinese medicine achieves its therapeutic goals by regulating the body as a whole and treating the disease based on syndrome differentiation. The therapeutic effect is quite satisfactory, and the effect of combining traditional Chinese medicine with hormones is also quite ideal.

4. Strengthen physical exercise, improve living environment, arrange work reasonably, avoid mental stress, maintain stable emotions, increase nutrition. For temporary amenorrhea, such as within 2 years of menarche, within half a year of stopping contraceptives, mental trauma, changes in living environment, etc., most of them can heal themselves after eliminating adverse stimulation. You can observe for a short time and then decide on a treatment plan.

5. Promote menstruation. For patients who have a certain amount of estrogen in their bodies and whose endometrium has been affected by estrogen, progesterone can be used to regulate menstruation, such as 20 mg of progesterone, injected intramuscularly once a day for 5 consecutive days. If there is insufficient estrogen in the body, estrogen treatment should be used. The dosage should be appropriate and generally used under the guidance of a doctor.
