Rough skin after childbirth

Rough skin after childbirth

After giving birth, pregnant women's bodies will be deformed. This is mainly because during pregnancy, the fetus needs a certain amount of space to grow. At this time, the belly will begin to expand. After the fetus is born, the skin does not shrink back, which will cause the skin to become loose and rough. For rough skin after childbirth, we can reduce the intake of salt water, drink more water, arrange our work and rest time reasonably, and eat more foods containing collagen protein.

Causes of rough skin after childbirth

1. Excessive salt intake

If the human body consumes too much salt, it will reduce the metabolic function, causing rough skin, and at the same time promote the production of melanin, making the skin darker.

2. Frequent constipation

If a person cannot excrete feces normally and the feces remain in the large intestine, toxins will invade the body, which is one of the reasons for rough skin. Everyone has different eating habits, and the amount of food they consume varies, but everyone needs to excrete 1 to 2 times a day, which is normal.

3. Not following sleep schedule

The golden time for skin metabolism and renewal is between 10 pm and 2 am the next morning. This time is the best time for the brain and body to fully absorb oxygen. Staying up late and lack of sleep will accelerate skin aging.

4. Excessive consumption of coffee and juice

Many people like to drink coffee, but they don’t know that coffee is an alkaline beverage. Drinking too much will make the skin rough, and if you drink it frequently, you will become addicted and cause other diseases. So try to be moderate and drink lightly. The same goes for fruit juice. Drinking it frequently can also make your skin rough.

5. Overeating

Eating at irregular times and in irregular quantities, and eating whatever you want, will not only fail to add nutrition to your body, but will cause food to accumulate in your stomach and become difficult to digest, becoming waste, which is also very harmful to your skin.
