1. Age

According to statistics, most women in my country experience menopause between the ages of 45 and 55. Among them, about 15% of women will suddenly experience amenorrhea after the age of 40, and will never have menstruation again, directly entering the late stage of menopause. Another 65% of women will have longer and longer menstrual cycles, less menstrual flow, or even have periods every other month. Another 20% of women will experience a sudden shortening of their menstrual cycle, or even irregular bleeding.

2. Symptoms

When women are about to enter menopause, they often experience some obvious symptoms. Generally, women will show changes in their emotions and moods. They will be very easily excited, often suffer from insomnia and anxiety, are always uneasy inside, and can easily fall into a state of depression. At the same time, women's skin will gradually lose elasticity, wrinkles will increase, muscles will gradually become loose, they will often feel fatigue and weakness, and their blood pressure will become unstable.

After learning this, most women already know the age of menopause and what symptoms they will experience during menopause. Generally speaking, most women experience menopause after the age of 50. Therefore, women must make adequate preparations in the days before they turn 50 so that they can safely go through menopause.
