This hormone also relaxes the muscles, increasing the curvature of the spine, making back pain more likely. That's normal.

Pay attention to proper physical exercise, nutrition and correct sleeping posture, such as lying on the left side. You can lie flat on your back and have your family member gently massage your sore muscles. When muscles become tense, lactic acid accumulates locally, causing pain. After pregnancy, due to the relaxation of joint ligaments, the enlarged uterus protrudes forward, causing the center of gravity of the body to move backward, and the lumbar vertebrae protrude forward, causing the back extensor muscles to remain tense, so mild low back pain will occur.

There is no danger in experiencing back pain while sleeping during early pregnancy. It is a normal physiological phenomenon. Paying proper attention to rest and avoiding standing or walking for long periods of time can relieve the pain.

1. Use a pillow. When the pregnant mother lies flat, she can prepare a pillow and place it under her knees as a cushion. In this way, her waist can be pressed against the bed and she can relax. When sleeping on your side, you can place a pillow between your legs to relieve tension on your sciatic nerve.

2. Belly band. Both pharmacies and hospitals have exclusive stores for it. Wearing a belly band or a special belt for pregnant women can support the waist and relieve the symptoms of back pain.

3. Move slowly. Pregnant mothers should pay attention to moving slowly and not too hastily, and not standing up quickly after sitting down. When standing up, hold on to the table or chair with your hands to reduce wear and tear on your waist.
