Minimally invasive ectopic pregnancy surgery scar

Minimally invasive ectopic pregnancy surgery scar

Ectopic pregnancy is very scary for female friends, because many female friends will lose their lives if they do not find it in time when they have ectopic pregnancy. In addition, when doing ectopic pregnancy surgery, the probability of danger during the operation is also relatively high. Therefore, ectopic pregnancy must be discovered and treated as early as possible. So what should I do if there are scars after minimally invasive ectopic pregnancy surgery?

Is conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy successful?

If an ectopic pregnancy is discovered early and the condition is mild, the success rate of conservative treatment is very high. Generally, ectopic pregnancy is discovered within 49 days of early pregnancy, and the hcg value is below 1000, and no bleeding symptoms have appeared. In this case, the success rate of conservative treatment is very high. However, if the duration is longer and the hcg value is higher, conservative treatment is not suitable, and if bleeding occurs, surgical treatment must be performed.

Two conservative treatment methods

1. Medication

Conservative treatment is also divided into two treatment methods. One is a conservative treatment method in which intramuscular injection of drugs can be used to kill the embryo before the ectopic pregnancy ruptures and the embryo has not yet fully developed. However, because the symptoms of ectopic pregnancy are not obvious and it is very easy to be misdiagnosed, a large number of ectopic pregnancy patients are not discovered until the ectopic pregnancy embryo develops to a certain extent. At this time, conservative treatment is meaningless. Moreover, this type of drug treatment cannot achieve the desired effect 100%. The cycle of drug treatment for ectopic pregnancy is relatively long. If the effect is not obvious during the period, surgical treatment is still required.

2. Laparoscopic surgery

Another treatment method of conservative treatment is laparoscopic surgery. Although it is a surgery, it is a minimally invasive surgery and can also be regarded as a conservative treatment method. It has the advantages of less trauma, faster postoperative recovery and fewer surgical complications. Hysteroscopic and laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery is a new technology that has only appeared in recent years. It is widely welcomed because of its small surgical trauma and rapid postoperative recovery of patients. The use of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy not only alleviates the patient's pain and preserves the anatomical and physiological structure of the fallopian tube to the maximum extent, but also reduces the trauma during surgery and greatly shortens the hospitalization time.

Summary: The success rate of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy is very high, but the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy causes great trauma to the patient's body and is very unfavorable for another childbearing. However, the minimally invasive surgical technique can reduce the trauma caused during the operation, so laparoscopic surgery is performed to treat ectopic pregnancy.

Note: The incidence of ectopic pregnancy after ectopic pregnancy is about 1/3, and the probability of infertility is 1/3. Therefore, a hysterosalpingography should be performed three months after the recovery of ectopic pregnancy and 3-7 days after the menstruation is over to understand the patency of the fallopian tubes. If the fallopian tubes are unobstructed, you can try to get pregnant. If the fallopian tubes are blocked or unobstructed, then take appropriate treatment plans according to the location of the blocked fallopian tubes.
