Olive Oil Massage Method for Stretch Marks

Olive Oil Massage Method for Stretch Marks

Women are born with the ability to bear children. Having children is an instinct as well as a test for women, because during pregnancy, women's body and mind will undergo tremendous changes, especially their bodies, which will undergo earth-shaking changes. Many women will have stretch marks on their stomachs during pregnancy. In order to reduce stretch marks, everyone uses some olive oil to wipe their stomachs. Let’s learn about the olive oil massage method for stretch marks.

1. Can olive oil remove stretch marks?

Olive oil is rich in olive essence "collagen elastic micromolecules", plant albumin and protein pentapeptide, so the effects of olive oil are:

1. It can increase the absorption rate of the belly repair essence by 10 times and provide a large amount of nutrients.

2. Rapidly bond damaged cells and promote the synthesis of elastin and collagen.

3. Effectively link the fibrous tissue that is broken due to uterine expansion and excessive stretching of the abdomen.

4. Eliminate subcutaneous fat accumulation, restore the skin to its pre-pregnancy firmness, and keep the skin moisturized and elastic.

5. It is mild in nature, moisturizing but not greasy, easily absorbed by the skin to completely remove stretch marks and scars!

Persistent use of olive oil can increase skin elasticity to a certain extent and prevent or reduce fiber breakage. In addition, I would like to remind everyone not to expect too "magical" effects from skin care products in preventing stretch marks, and not to use them blindly, which may lead to allergies, redness, swelling and other discomforts. Generally speaking, these patterns will gradually fade or even disappear after delivery and will not have much impact on your life.

2. Olive oil to remove stretch marks

The massage for different parts of the body will be different, but don't use too much force when massaging so as not to disturb the baby in the belly. The following massages all start by applying olive oil on your hands and applying it evenly.

Abdomen: Apply olive oil on your hands, then slowly massage in circles in a clockwise direction with your belly button as the center. When massaging in circles, move slowly from the inside to the outside until the entire belly is covered with olive oil.

Breasts: When applying the breasts, you can start from the areola, but be careful to avoid the areola. Then use your fingertips to gently massage in circles from bottom to top and from inside to outside, all the way to the neck under the chin.

Buttocks: When massaging the buttocks, you can place your hands under the buttocks, and then use your wrists to gently massage from bottom to top and from inside to outside.

Thigh: This movement is centered on the knee, and then use your hands to push up from the outside of the leg to the hip bone. Repeat this movement about 10 times.

Back: It is best to ask someone to help you with this movement. Use both hands to push to both sides of the center of the spine. Do it about 10 times.

Generally, expectant mothers should start massaging around 3 months into pregnancy, but please note that some expectant mothers may be allergic to olive oil. Before use, you should apply a little on your hands to see if you will have an allergic reaction. If an allergic reaction occurs, stop using it immediately!
