3. For those suspected of malignancy or those that cannot be distinguished from tuberculosis or other lesions, resection is appropriate.

4. All suspected accessory breast tumors should be removed. For patients with accessory breast cancer, it is necessary to rule out the possibility of cancer in the normal breast. The surgical method is radical mastectomy to remove the accessory breast cancer on the affected side and the normal corresponding breast, and routine ipsilateral axillary lymph node removal. Depending on the location of the accessory breast, conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy are performed after surgery. Regularly and closely observe both breasts, especially the ipsilateral breast.

5. For accessory breast cancer in the tail of the breast, segmental resection of the upper outer quadrant of the ipsilateral breast or simple mastectomy with axillary lymph node clearance is performed according to the situation, followed by postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

6. For those who only have nipples and areolas but no glands, surgery is not necessary because malignant transformation is rare. Although the patient has symptoms during lactation, they will disappear later.
