Rinse the affected area with 0.1% ethacridine solution or apply wet compresses. Applying neomycin, chloramphenicol, gentamicin, dyclonine ointment or cream externally or adding the above drugs to wet compresses can be helpful.

(2) Systemic treatment:

① Oral administration of vitamin B complex, vitamin C, systemic application of antibiotics, etc. have a certain therapeutic effect on the disease; for gangrenous type, systemic application of glucocorticoids and antibiotics can be used.

② Intramuscular injection of human immunoglobulin can enhance the body's resistance and promote the disappearance of skin lesions.

(3) Treatment with traditional Chinese medicine:

①Apply indigo powder and tin powder locally.

② Grind realgar into fine powder, sterilize it under high pressure, mix it with glycerin, add a few drops of 1% tetracaine solution, and make a paste. ④ The treatment principle is to strengthen the spleen and clear away heat, detoxify and eliminate dampness: use Dixie Shenshi Decoction (Diixie, raw coix seed, Phellodendron, Poria, Moutan bark, Alisma, Talcum, Smilax glabra), add Baihu Decoction in case of high fever, and add more wild yam in case of leucorrhea.
