During menstruation, you should also lie prone once a day, because the uterus is slightly softer at this time, which helps it lean forward. If the retroverted uterus is more serious, you should often do the knee-chest position, that is, kneel perpendicular to the ground, with your waist collapsed downward, and not arched upward, for about 15 minutes each time.

Based on the research of biological clocks, scientists have shown that the physiological phenomena and functional states of the human body are constantly changing within 24 hours a day. From 7 a.m. to 12 p.m., the human body's functional state shows an upward trend; from late 13 p.m. to 14 p.m., the human body's functions are at their lowest during the day; it rises again at 5 p.m., and drops sharply after 11 p.m. It is generally believed that 9-10 p.m. is the best time to have sex and conceive. In addition, if the woman lies flat for a long time to sleep after intercourse, it is beneficial for sperm to swim and increases the chance of sperm and egg contact.

Precautions

You should pay attention to physical exercise in your daily life, especially to strengthen the tension of the various pairs of ligaments and pelvic floor muscles in the pelvic cavity through exercise, and try not to let them relax. At the same time, you should develop good habits of urination and defecation, avoid overfilling the bladder, and avoid frequent increases in abdominal pressure due to habitual constipation. To avoid chronic bronchitis, which causes downward force when coughing, it is best to sleep in a side-lying position to prevent the uterus from falling backwards due to gravity.
