Gua Sha is a common treatment method in traditional Chinese medicine and can also be used for health care. Scraping is very effective in treating diseases, and the scraping areas are different for different diseases. Many women with breast hyperplasia are unwilling to use medication or surgery for treatment, so they resort to scraping, which can also have a therapeutic effect. So, where should we scrape for breast hyperplasia?

When using special scraping to treat any disease, we must first follow the principle of positioning the triple energizer as the standard and the Ren and Du meridians as the central axis. Triple burner positioning is to use the triple burner to identify the location of the disease, that is, the area above the diaphragm is the upper burner, the area between the diaphragm and the navel is the middle burner, and the area below the navel is the lower burner. This is a quick and easy way for newbies in Chinese medicine to get started.

The breast belongs to the upper part of the body according to its location. Then, on the central axis of the Ren and Du meridians, according to the principle of treating the disease first and then later, the first two scraping methods we will use are the three nuchal girdle and shoulder blade ring belonging to the upper part of the body. 1. Scrape the root

Why is it Peiyuan Gua? I will just briefly explain it here. In Chinese medicine, the upper disease is treated from the lower part at many times. In the limbs, there is an X-shaped correspondence, and in the Ren and Du meridians, there is a swastika correspondence. I will explain in detail why this is the case in our course. Finally, according to the location of the breast, we will use the same Tanzhong scraping method on the affected area. To study Chinese medicine, one must not only know the facts but also the reasons behind them.

Among these three building blocks, the first one we need to scrape is the three neck belts, and the focus of the three neck belts is on the Jianjing point and the Dazhui point.

Why is the focus on the Jianjing point? The Jianjing point is located in the depression on the shoulder, hence the name "Jianjing". In ancient times, there was the well-field system, "The well was opened with four roads, and divided into eight houses." It means that the land is connected in all directions. It is the meeting point of the Shaoyang Meridians of the Hands and Foot, the Yangming Meridian of the Foot, and the Yangwei Meridian. Stimulating the Jianjing point alone can dredge the Qi of these four Yang meridians.

There is a folk saying that scraping the shoulder acupoints can relieve a heavy burden, which may mean that the heavy burden on the shoulders can be relieved. In addition is the Dazhui point, which is the meeting point of the seven yang meridians of the hands, feet, three yang meridians and the Governor Vessel, and is also an important point for health care. The Governor Vessel is the hub of all the Yang meridians in the human body and has the function of regulating the Yang energy of the whole body. Therefore, after we scrape these two places, we can enhance the yang energy of the body. The delicate and gentle folk scraping therapy requires opening the Shamen, which is what we call the Dazhui acupoint. The reason for this is that Dazhui is the meeting point of all yang.

After scraping the three nuchal belts, the next step is to scrape the shoulder blade ring, which is known as the sha island of our body because it is the place in the body where sha is most likely to appear. When scraping the scapular ring to treat breast diseases, the focus should be on the Tianzong point and Huatuo Jiaji point. Especially the section from the fifth to the ninth thoracic vertebrae. The basically mild breast problem has been significantly improved after scraping. If you scrape Peiyuan again, it will be more obvious.

The last step is scraping the Tanzhong area. For breast diseases, it is not recommended to scrape the thymus directly, especially where there are lumps.

When scraping the Tanzhong point, which part should be focused on? The parts that need to be strengthened are the Tanzhong point and the Wuyi point. It is known that the Danzhong point is the meeting point of qi among the eight meeting points. The qi of many people is stagnant here in their lives, so this position must be scraped.

In addition, there is the Wuyi point, which belongs to the Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming. This point is located on the chest of the human body, at the second intercostal space, 4 inches away from the anterior midline. As soon as you hear the name, you know what it has to do with breasts. The problem with the breast means that the house has not received sunlight for a long time, so we open the roof to let the sunlight in and make the house bright and sunny.
