The latest childbearing age for women

The latest childbearing age for women

Although people don't want to have children when they are young, when they reach a certain age, they see that people around them already have one or two children, and they also want to have a baby. However, they have exceeded the best childbearing age. At this time, pregnant women become worried about the dangers that may arise when giving birth. In fact, women need to understand their latest childbearing age so that they can have a correct understanding when giving birth.

What is the latest age for women to have children?

What is the latest age for women to have children? Whether a woman can become pregnant is closely related to the quantity and quality of her eggs, which are composed of oocytes. The number of a woman's oocytes reaches its peak at about 7 million during the fifth month of her life in her mother's womb. After that, the number of oocytes decreases dramatically until it reaches about 2 million by the time a baby is born. In addition, the number of oocytes reaches about 200,000 to 300,000 during puberty and continues to decrease. When the number of oocytes falls below 1,000, a woman will go into menopause.

Generally speaking, the latest limit for effective fertility age is usually considered to be ten years before menopause. For example, if the age of menopause is 50, then 40 is the effective age limit for conception. However, depending on individual physical conditions, the age of menopause can vary by about 10 years, so there are people who go through menopause in their thirties, while there are also people who can conceive naturally in their fifties.

Although modern medical technology is advanced and many older women are able to give birth, obstetric experts still recommend that women should give birth during their optimal childbearing age. According to surveys and research, the average childbearing period for women is 15-49 years old, but the best childbearing age for women is between 23-30 years old, and preferably not more than 35 years old. Couples in this age group have rich life experience, abundant energy, and are better able to raise babies.

When women are between 23 and 30 years old, their eggs are of high quality and their whole bodies are fully developed. If they become pregnant and give birth, the risk of delivery is low, the fetus grows and develops well, and the incidence of premature birth, dementia, and deformed babies is the lowest.
