Inverted nipples are relatively common in women. Patients with mild symptoms will just look out of shape, but patients with severe symptoms will have a great impact on breast health, and women may even be unable to breastfeed normally. Some women think that inverted nipples are not a big problem and will come out after pregnancy. So, will pregnancy with inverted nipples come out? Nipple inversion is an abnormal reaction. Generally, mild nipple inversion will only affect breast hygiene, but severe nipple inversion will threaten breast health and may also affect normal breastfeeding. What should we do about nipple inversion during pregnancy? What should women do with inverted nipples during pregnancy? Here are some treatment methods for inverted nipples: Choose the right bra size: Avoid and correct the bad practice of binding the chest. Bras that are too small and too tight will compress the chest and affect breathing. Because women mainly breathe through the chest, a bra that is too tight is like a rope around the chest, restricting breathing movements and further aggravating inverted nipples. Pulling method: When you find that your nipples are inverted, you should use your fingers to gently pull the inverted nipples outward every morning and evening. While stretching, gently massage the nipple with your thumb or index finger for 5-10 minutes each time. Extrusion method: Use a smaller bra or a 10 cm wide strip of cloth to make a nipple-sized hole at the corresponding position of the nipple. Put on the bra or the cloth to push the nipple outward. Do this for a while and the inverted nipple will become prominent. You can also put a walnut shell or a small porcelain wine holder on the nipple, wear a bra, and apply pressure for a period of time, and the nipple will become protruding. Negative pressure method: You can buckle the barrel of a syringe or the thick end of a glass eye drop bottle onto the nipple, connect the thin end to a rubber tube and then to a large syringe, and pump air forcefully to create a negative pressure in the bottle, thereby deeply compressing the tissue around the nipple and making the nipple bulge. After removing the bottle, combine stretching and massage. If the nipples are inverted, the baby will not be able to hold the milk in his/her mouth and the milk cannot be sucked out. This will have a certain impact on the baby's breastfeeding, so if the nipples are inverted, it should be taken seriously. |
