1. External genital tract injury

2. Genital tract inflammation

Inflammation of the reproductive tract is also a common cause of vaginal bleeding after sexual intercourse.

1. Vaginitis. Common vaginitis includes candidal vaginitis, Trichomonas vaginitis, and senile vaginitis. Vaginitis usually has symptoms of vulvar itching and increased vaginal discharge, and often has edema, congestion or ulceration of the vaginal mucosa. 3. Malignant tumors

Cervical cancer is one of the common causes of postcoital bleeding. Most cervical cancer patients do not have any discomfort symptoms in the early stages, and bleeding after sexual intercourse may be the only symptom of early cervical cancer. Rare vaginal cancer can also cause bleeding after intercourse. 4. Other reasons
