After taking it out, peel the orange peel and eat it while it is hot. Or you can dry the orange peel into dried tangerine peel, add water to make tea, and drink it in big gulps. 3. Stewed pear with Fritillaria cirrhosa: Use peeled and cored fresh pears, add 2 grams of Fritillaria cirrhosa powder, steam in a pot until soft, and eat while hot.

4. White radish candy: Cut the white radish into 1 cm dices, put it in a dry, clean container, fill it with honey, cover it tightly, soak it for about 3 days, the water will seep out and mix with the honey, store it in the refrigerator; scoop out a little each time and add warm water to drink, it has a very good cough-relieving effect. If you want to drink it temporarily and don’t have time to soak it, you can grind the white radish, add 1/3 amount of honey, mix well, and then add warm water to drink.

5. Sugar-boiled kumquats: Wash the kumquats, poke two or three holes with a toothpick, add water to cover them and bring to a boil, add rock sugar, simmer over low heat, and eat while hot. Let the unfinished drink cool down and store in the refrigerator. Scoop out some each time and drink it warm.

6. Stewed pears with rock sugar: Peel the fresh pears, split them in half and remove the cores. Add appropriate amount of rock sugar and steam them in a pot until soft.
