What to do if the genitals are broken and bleeding

In modern life, people attach great importance to genital health, because genital health problems have brought troubles to many people's lives and made many people face great physical pain. The health of the genitals is easily affected by various factors. The most common problem is the damage to the genitals caused by external force, which can easily induce inflammation. Let's take a look at what to do if the genitals are broken and bleeding? I hope everyone can understand it.

It may be because the pants are too tight, so the vulva becomes itchy, blisters and skin breakages occur. Genital herpes may also occur, so if necessary, you need to go to the hospital for a herpes simplex virus antibody test. If you have genital herpes, use acyclovir ointment externally and take antiviral granules orally for treatment. If you have vulvitis, you can use fusidic acid ointment externally and take cephalosporin antibiotics orally for treatment.

The main consideration is the skin and mucous membrane damage caused by friction or severe damage. The vulvar mucosal tissue is prone to ulceration or erosion due to the stimulation of leucorrhea or chemical fiber underwear. This is a phenomenon of vulvar inflammation and disinfection measures should be taken to avoid infection.

Disinfect the broken skin of the vulva with iodine, and then apply comfrey oil or erythromycin ointment. Pay attention to rest, massage the vulva as little as possible, and avoid eating spicy or irritating foods.

In terms of treatment, it is recommended to use Saneryin Wash to clean the vulva and ulcerated areas, and then apply erythromycin ointment on the ulcerated areas. You can take vitamin C tablets orally. At the same time, pay attention to wearing pure cotton and loose underwear to avoid local irritation, and you will soon return to normal. If a serious infection occurs, you need to go to the hospital as soon as possible.

In this case, if the skin surface is abraded, it generally will not cause inflammation, so there is no need to worry. You can take cephalosporin antibiotics or use potassium permanganate solution for local cleaning. Apply Bactroban ointment. It is important to pay attention to hygiene.
