Right leg pain during early pregnancy

Right leg pain during early pregnancy

The root of the thigh is closely related to the reproductive system, so for women, if there is pain in the root of the thigh, it is likely that there is some problem with the reproductive system. The reproductive system in the body of pregnant women in the early stages of pregnancy is also gradually changing, so many pregnant women will experience pain in the groin. Some pregnant women only have pain in the right thigh root. What's going on?

Pubic pain is quite common during pregnancy. If the symptoms are not severe, it generally does not affect normal delivery. If the pain is severe, it will have an adverse effect on normal delivery. In this case, you should seek medical treatment as soon as possible.

In terms of delivery method, cesarean section can be considered unless the pregnant woman has severe symphysis pubis separation, the pain is unbearable or the pelvis is small. Generally speaking, natural childbirth is the main method, but during childbirth, you need to pay attention to the following points:

1. Inform the doctor of your condition in advance: Before giving birth, be sure to inform the medical staff that you have pubic pain and adjust the delivery method according to the doctor's advice.

2. Pay attention to the delivery posture: You need to be especially careful about the delivery posture, and try to avoid spreading your legs too much during delivery.

3. Avoid invasive delivery: Avoid using some invasive delivery methods, such as forceps, as they are a major cause of pubic symphysis injury.

When pubic pain occurs, pregnant women can lie on their back with the painful side facing upward. In most cases, pregnant women will lie on their backs. If there is pubic pain, putting a large pillow under the knees can help relieve it. If you cannot lie down, you can choose to find a lower step to sit on and support your chin with your hands. You can take a bath with hot water or use a wet towel for hot compress.

In addition, there are the following methods:

1. Use a belly band or a belt for pregnant women to support your waist.

2. High heels will aggravate pubic pain. Pregnant women should not wear high heels and choose more stable shoes.

3. When pregnant women take things, they should sit down first and then take them, and be careful not to make too large movements.

3. Pay attention to your standing posture. The correct standing posture for pregnant women should be with legs slightly apart, back straight, chest up, and chin tucked in. If the posture is correct, the pubic bone will be more seriously injured.

5. Do not stand up quickly after sitting down. Instead, hold on to support objects such as chairs and tables with your hands.

6. Choose a harder mattress, not one that is too soft, otherwise your waist will easily sink when you sleep, increasing the weight on the pubic bone.

7. Choose a chair that suits you. The chair should not be too high or too low. Try to sit in the inner part of the chair with the lower part of your back pressed against the backrest.

8. Apply cold compress by placing an ice pack on the pubic area.

9. Keep exercising. The main purpose is to increase physical strength and exercise fat muscle. The spine is mainly supported by the fascia muscles, which are the parts that should be exercised before pregnancy. If you do exercises to prevent low back pain and exercises for pregnant women now, the effect will be better. There are exercises for pregnant women that can exercise the abdominal muscles without putting pressure on the abdomen. In addition, swimming is also very effective for pregnant women.
