4. Eat more iron-rich foods

It is also very necessary to supplement iron during postpartum hemorrhage and breastfeeding, otherwise anemia is likely to occur. If you pay more attention to eating foods containing heme iron in your diet, such as animal blood or liver, lean meat, fish, rapeseed, spinach and beans, you can prevent postpartum anemia.

5. Reasonable intake of essential fats

Pay attention to the intake of essential fats. The fatty acids in them are very beneficial to the baby's brain development, especially unsaturated fatty acids, which are particularly important for the development of the central nervous system. The fat content and fatty acid composition of a breastfeeding mother's diet will affect the content of these nutrients in breast milk. But you can't consume too much. 6. Eat more soups
