(3) Pour coconut oil into a bowl and microwave until melted. Add water, 440g sugar, corn syrup and honey into a pot and cook until 149 degrees.

(4) Pour egg whites and 20g sugar into a food processor and beat until soft and foamy. Pour the cooked syrup in slowly.

(5) Add nuts and dried cherries, mix well with a spatula, pour into a mold lined with wax paper, and cut into pieces after cooling completely.
