2. Interrupting urination to tighten the vagina

"Interrupted urination" training can also improve the tone of the muscles around the vagina. The method is to perform urination interruption exercises when urinating. Hold your urine halfway through urination to interrupt the flow of urine. Then continue urinating after a short pause. Repeat this process. After a period of exercise, the muscle tension around the vagina will increase, and the vagina is expected to return to its pre-pregnancy state.

3. Vertical exercise method to tighten the vagina

Stand with your legs slightly apart, contract the buttocks muscles on both sides to hold them together, bring them closer to the thighs, turn your knees outward, and then contract the anal sphincter to move the vagina upward. Through exercise, most women can improve the state of vaginal relaxation and enhance the vagina's contraction ability.
