Other treatments

1. Hot compress

Place a hot water bottle or heat pad on the patient's lower abdomen for hot compress. This hot compress can dilate blood vessels in the body, speed up blood circulation, and accelerate the body's metabolism, thereby enhancing the phagocytic effect of white blood cells.

In the early stages of pelvic inflammation, this hot compress method can promote the absorption and dissipation of inflammatory exudates, thereby achieving the purpose of treating pelvic effusion.

2. Hot water sitz bath

Place the sitz bath on a sitz bath chair, pour in an appropriate amount of sitz bath liquid (preferably half the capacity of the basin), adjust the water temperature of the bath liquid (preferably 40-45℃), sitz bath for 15-20 minutes, and then rest in bed.

Hot water sitz bath can reduce pelvic congestion, achieve anti-inflammatory, analgesic and local cleansing effects, and thus facilitate the recovery of pelvic patients.
