Girls have no menstrual blood

Girls have no menstrual blood

We all know that menstruation is a good friend of women, because menstruation can judge women's physical health. Therefore, if women have menstrual disorders, they must go to the hospital for treatment in time. Just like some women will feel stomach pain and back pain during menstruation, but they will find that there is no bleeding. This is an extremely abnormal performance. So what is the matter with women having no menstrual blood during menstruation?

Menstruation is called "period", "age aunt", "good friend", etc., which shows how close it is to female friends. However, this close friend can also have temper tantrums sometimes, often leaving female friends helpless and miserable. Menstrual irregularities refer to menstrual changes caused by various reasons, including early or late age of menarche, changes in cycle, period and menstrual volume, and are one of the most common symptoms of gynecological diseases.

Menstrual irregularity refers to a loss of normal menstrual regularity, characterized by:

(1) If the menstrual period is advanced or delayed by more than 7 days, it is considered early or late menstruation;

(2) Irregular menstruation is defined as irregular menstruation.

(3) the amount of menstrual flow is more or less, that is, too much or too little;

(4) Abnormal changes in color and quality occur simultaneously with abnormal menstrual period and menstrual volume

There are two main reasons for irregular menstruation:

1. Caused by neuroendocrine dysfunction: mainly due to unstable or defective function of the lower hindbrain-stomach-ovary axis, that is, menstrual disease.

2. Caused by organic diseases or drugs, including local inflammation, tumors and developmental abnormalities of the reproductive organs, malnutrition; intracranial diseases; other endocrine dysfunctions such as thyroid and adrenal cortex dysfunction, diabetes, Sheehan's disease, etc.; liver diseases; blood diseases, etc. Menstrual irregularities may occur in women who use drugs to treat mental illnesses, endocrine preparations, or intrauterine devices for contraception. Certain occupations, such as long-distance runners, are prone to amenorrhea. In addition, some abnormal bleeding during pregnancy is often mistaken for menstrual irregularities. In clinical diagnosis of neuroendocrine dysfunctional menstrual disorders, the above-mentioned organic causes must be excluded.

Treatment also starts with solving these problems of the patient:

(1) Bleeding and anemia: caused by long menstrual periods and heavy menstrual flow. In addition to general hemostatic measures, hormones or curettage may be used to stop bleeding as appropriate.

(2) Cyclic disorders: Estrogen and progesterone alone or in combination can be used for cyclical treatment, or traditional Chinese medicine can be used for treatment.

(3) Infertility: Dysfunction of one or more links in the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis causes anovulation, which is one of the pathophysiological bases of menstrual disorders and one of the causes of infertility. It is a problem that many patients urgently need to solve. Some patients may ovulate but have insufficient luteal function, which can also cause infertility. Different ovulation-inducing drugs are selected according to the patient's condition to improve ovarian function or replace part of the function of the pituitary gland and hypothalamus. For menstrual disorders diagnosed as being caused by neuroendocrine dysfunction, different treatment plans should be adopted according to the severity of the disease and the specific circumstances of the patient.
