Why is there water discharge when taking medication for vaginitis?

Due to the environment in which the female vagina is located, because the vagina is located in the female lower body, and the lower body is in a humid environment for a long time, it is easy to breed bacteria, so this also causes the female vagina to easily cause bacterial infection and cause vaginitis. Some women with vaginitis choose to have a medical abortion when they are pregnant. However, during the process, they find that water is flowing out of their vagina. What is going on?

1. Vaginitis is the most common disease of female reproductive tract infection. It is a general term for various inflammatory diseases of the vaginal mucosa caused by different diseases. It can occur at any age and is prone to recurrence. Common vaginitis includes Trichomonas vaginitis, vulvovaginal candidiasis, bacterial vaginosis, aerobic vaginitis, atrophic vaginitis, infantile vaginitis, etc. Clinically, the main clinical features are changes in the properties of leucorrhea and vulvar itching and burning pain.

2. Bacterial vaginitis is a mixed infection caused by the imbalance of normal vaginal flora, but there are no clinical and pathological changes. Anaerobic bacteria are the majority, and the reason is not very clear. Some people are asymptomatic, and the main symptoms of those who have symptoms are increased vaginal discharge, fishy odor, exogenous itching, or burning sensation, which worsens after sexual intercourse. The first choice of treatment is metronidazole 400 mg orally, 2-3 times a day, and topical metronidazole effervescent tablets 200 mg once a night for 7-10 days. The cure rate is about 80%. Oral metronidazole is often used for treatment during pregnancy.

3. There are many types of vaginitis. Some can be cured by taking medicine, while some may take longer to cure, but as long as you persist, they can be completely cured. It will not affect your future sexual life and fertility. Usually you should pay more attention to the hygiene of your genitals and have a clean sexual life.

4. Wash with compound Sophora flavescens lotion, and then insert the suppository into the vagina. Suggestions: Maintain good physical hygiene, change underwear frequently, it is best to boil underwear with boiling water, use sanitary pads that meet hygiene standards, and keep the genitals clean.
