1. Avoid cold and spicy food

Postpartum women are often weak and have blood stasis, so they should avoid eating raw, cold or cool foods. 5. It is not advisable to have sex immediately

Usually 6-8 weeks after delivery is the best time to resume sexual activity, while the confinement period is when the mother's body recovers, so sexual activity is naturally not suitable. In addition, it takes about 3 weeks to eliminate lochia. If you really can't wait, there should be at least a three-week buffer period.
