What are the symptoms of fertilized egg formation?

After a certain period of time, couples will inevitably prepare to have a child, so how can they find out whether they have successfully conceived? Successful conception means that a fertilized egg has been successfully formed in the woman's uterus, but generally there will be no external manifestations when it is just formed, so it is difficult for everyone to discover this problem. So are there any obvious symptoms that can let people know that they have been successfully fertilized?

What are the symptoms of fertilized egg implantation?

Implantation feeling 1: cooling down

To understand what "implantation cooling" is, you must first understand what implantation is. Implantation refers to the process in which the early embryo of viviparous mammals combines with the mother's uterine wall, thereby establishing a structural connection between mother and child to achieve material exchange. After implantation, the embryo absorbs nutrients from the mother's blood and continues to develop. Implantation is a process of combination that requires preparation and cooperation from both mother and child.

The fertilized egg moves slowly in the fallopian tube (3 to 5 days), and after several consecutive divisions, it forms a morula and enters the uterine cavity, continuing to develop into a blastocyst (called a blastocyst). The blastocyst is surrounded by the zona pellucida and continues to develop by absorbing the uterine milk secreted by the uterine glands.

As the blastocyst grows, the zona pellucida swells, becomes thinner, ruptures, and falls off (or dissolves); the embryo escapes from the capsule. The trophoblast cells of the embryo's outer wall are exposed and in direct contact with the endometrium. Implantation is an important step in the early stages of viviparous embryo development.

Implantation feeling 2: Breasts become softer

If your breasts feel tingly, tender, and swollen, you may be pregnant. This symptom may appear within the first few days after conception. If you suddenly don't recognize your breasts, you might be pregnant. Don’t worry! After your body adjusts to the influx of hormones, this pain will subside and your breasts will no longer feel uncomfortable.

Implantation feeling three: feeling tired

Are you always full of energy, but suddenly feel exhausted? The large amount of progesterone (a hormone) secreted can make you feel exhausted. Almost all pregnant women suffer from this symptom, and you can observe other symptoms to confirm your suspicion.

Implantation feeling 4: I need to go to the toilet again

Have you become a frequent visitor to the toilet? Do you get up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet? Blame the little life in your belly! After the fertilized egg implants in the uterine wall, it begins to secrete human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG). If you're tired of getting up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, don't worry. Just think of this as training, because in the future, before you know it, your little one will be crying in the middle of the night and saying he's hungry.

Implantation feeling 5: Do you have symptoms of bleeding or cramping?

In the eight days following ovulation and implantation, you may experience light pink or brown staining, and cramping may accompany this. There may be some spotting during the menstrual period, but this is not a true menstrual period. This is the result of a fertilized egg implanting in the uterine lining.

Implantation feeling six: Has your nipple color changed?

What about your breasts? If you notice your areolas getting darker or you have blue and pink lines running down your nipples, it's probably not your imagination; these are signs of pregnancy.

How long does it take for sperm and egg to combine?

1The fertilization process takes about 24 hours. The fertilization process begins when a capacitated sperm enters the zona pellucida of a secondary oocyte. When the chromosomes of the egg pronucleus and sperm pronucleus fuse together, it marks the completion of the fertilization process.

2 During cleavage and blastocyst formation, the cells of the fertilized egg undergo metabolic changes, and the trophoblast cells adhere to the inner surface of the ovum by covering the protrusions on the adjacent cells. Because the cell surface can transmit environmental influences to the embryo, changes in the cell surface can be explained by nutrient uptake, differentiation, preparation for implantation, or mitosis.

3 The fertilized egg divides into 2 cells after 36 hours in the fallopian tube, and divides into 16 cells after 72 hours, which is called a morula.

4 On the 4th day after fertilization, the cell mass enters the uterine cavity and continues to develop in the uterine cavity. At this time, the cells have divided into 48 cells and become blastocysts ready for implantation. The blastocyst can secrete a hormone that helps the blastocyst embed itself into the endometrium.

5. On the 6th-7th day after fertilization, the blastocyst begins to implant. The implantation site is mostly in the upper 1/3 of the uterus. Complete implantation means that the embryo has been placed, the placenta has begun to form, and the fetus has begun to be nurtured.
