Pregnant women may feel discomfort in the waist and back due to changes in body position, but they cannot undergo physical therapy or acupuncture for the waist, nor can they apply plasters, etc. A simple method is to rub your hands together until they are warm, then overlap and place them in the middle of the lumbar spine, pushing and rubbing from top to bottom for 30-50 times until a local heating sensation is generated, which can relieve discomfort in the waist.
