Pregnant women walk like penguins

Pregnant women walk like penguins

Pregnant mothers are the focus of protection for the whole family, and it is very inconvenient for pregnant mothers to do anything. And as the baby grows in the belly, the mother's belly will also become bigger, and she will walk like a penguin, swaying from side to side. It looks clumsy and difficult, but sometimes people think that the walking posture is very cute. But what's even more sad is that many mothers subconsciously want to not walk like this, but find it difficult to do so. Why do mothers in late pregnancy walk like penguins? There is a reason for this.

1. Reasons why pregnant women walk like penguins:

1. It is caused by pubic pain. The pubic bone refers to the two bones in front of the pelvis, and the bone below the pubic hair is the location of the two pubic symphysis. Simply put, if you press down along the midline along the navel and find a hard lump, it is the pubic symphysis.

2. The normal pubic bone is connected by the pubic ligament, but the pubic ligament will become more and more loose after pregnancy. One reason is that as endocrine secretions increase during pregnancy, the ligaments will stretch and relax, which is also to prepare for future delivery. The other is to make more room for our fetus to move around. Second, as the weight of the fetus increases, the ligaments become looser and the distance between the bones becomes larger. If the two pubic bones are separated too much, it will cause pubic symphysis separation, and obvious pubic pain will occur.

3. It is this discomfort and pain that makes it very uncomfortable for pregnant mothers to walk. They can only walk carefully, swaying like a penguin.

2. Do all pregnant mothers experience pubic pain?

1. The fetus in the abdomen is too large;

2. Too fat or too thin

3. Pregnant women or women with a history of obvious trauma,

4. Those who have experience of weight bearing during pregnancy,

5. The younger the mother, the more likely she is to be infected!

3. Ways to relieve pubic pain:

(1) Do moderate exercise, such as swimming and prenatal yoga.

(2) Take appropriate calcium supplements.

(3) Do not lift heavy objects, do heavy work, or overwork yourself.

(4) Do not stand up quickly after sitting down. Instead, use your hands to hold on to a chair, table, or other support. When standing, the correct posture should be: legs slightly apart, head up and chest out, back straight;

(5) When standing, try to evenly distribute force on both legs, climb stairs less often, and avoid standing for long periods of time;

(6) Choose a harder mattress instead of one that is too soft, otherwise your waist will easily sink when you sleep, increasing the weight on your pubic bone.

(7) Wear high heels less often.

(8) A pelvic belt can be used.
