4. Do push-ups: Insist on doing exercises that can enhance breast size, such as more push-ups and chest expansion exercises, which can make the chest muscles developed and strong, and also prevent breast sagging.

5. Get back your sex life: In addition to getting enough nutrition and sleep after childbirth, you should gradually resume your sex life while taking contraceptive measures. Moderate sexual stimulation can promote the secretion of estrogen, which is also very effective in preventing sagging breasts.
