Yellow-green leucorrhea, odorless and non-itching

Leucorrhea is secreted from the vagina, but it is not just the exudate of the vaginal mucosa. It also includes (1) cervical canal secretions and (2) endometrial gland secretions. Under normal circumstances, leucorrhea is white and has no odor. The yellow-green leucorrhea is odorless and non-itchy. It means that there is no itching inside or outside the vulva, and the leucorrhea has no odor, but the color changes to yellow-green. So what is the reason?

Yellow-green leucorrhea is a symptom of gynecological disease. Normal leucorrhea is white, thin and paste-like, odorless. It is a mixture of vaginal mucosal exudates, cervical glands and endometrial secretions. If the leucorrhea is yellow-green or has other conditions, it is abnormal. Light yellow leucorrhea is common in mycoplasma and chlamydia infections; dark yellow leucorrhea is caused by necrosis or degeneration of diseased tissue, and is common in subuterine fibroids, cervical cancer, uterine body cancer, and fallopian tube cancer.
