How to tell if you are pregnant

How to tell if you are pregnant

Pregnancy is something worth celebrating for a family. It can not only enhance the relationship between husband and wife, but also make the family more harmonious. However, for some newly pregnant women, they may not know whether they are pregnant or not. When preparing for pregnancy, they do not have enough knowledge of pregnancy preparation. This may cause them to be pregnant without knowing it. So how can they know whether they are pregnant or not?

How to self-diagnose

1. If your menstruation has always been regular, but it does not come for more than 10 days, you should consider the possibility of pregnancy. This is the earliest sign of pregnancy. The longer the overdue time,

The greater the possibility of pregnancy.

2. Early pregnancy reaction After menstruation stops, pregnant women will gradually feel some abnormal phenomena, which are called early pregnancy reactions. The first reaction is the fear of cold.

Later, you may gradually feel tired, sleepy, dizzy, loss of appetite, picky eating, like to eat sour food, afraid of greasy smell, nausea when waking up in the morning, and even vomiting. In severe cases, you may also experience dizziness, fatigue, weakness, and listlessness.

3. Frequent urination: As the uterus gradually enlarges and compresses the bladder during pregnancy, the frequency of urination increases, but there is no urgency or pain when urinating as occurs in urinary tract infection.

4. Breast changes may include breast development, nipple enlargement, darkening of the nipple and areola, small nodules around the nipple, and even breast tingling and swelling, and occasionally a small amount of milk may be squeezed out.

5. Pigmentation: Some women may have brown pigmentation on their face and midline of their abdomen after pregnancy.

6. Increased basal body temperature When some of the above symptoms occur, the basal body temperature can be measured every day. The basal body temperature of pregnant women tends to rise.

When you suspect you are pregnant, you can go to the pharmacy and buy an "early pregnancy test strip" and perform a self-test according to the instructions. It is very convenient and you can make a self-"diagnosis".
