Normally, a woman's menstrual cycle is 28-30 days. It is normal for it to be earlier or later than 7 days within this range. The length of the menstrual cycle varies from person to person.

However, if your menstruation was very regular in the past, but suddenly it is delayed for a period of time, or even the delay exceeds 7 days, and it has been 10 days, or even longer, or if your menstruation is delayed frequently, then you need to pay attention to it. You can do necessary examinations, such as B-ultrasound, urine HCG test, blood test, etc. to find the specific cause. 1. Blood deficiency
