Leucorrhea is simply the liquid that flows out of the female genitals. Generally speaking, the manifestation of leucorrhea is different in different situations. Under normal circumstances, leucorrhea is a barometer of women's health. If leucorrhea is abnormal, it means that there is a problem with their health. Most women will have an increase in leucorrhea during ovulation. What is the difference between normal leucorrhea and leucorrhea during ovulation?
There are three ovulation periods: the early, middle and late stages. In the early stage of ovulation, the leucorrhea is transparent, has no odor and is stringy; in the middle stage, the leucorrhea is slightly turbid and the amount of leucorrhea increases; in the late stage of ovulation, women's leucorrhea becomes less yellow and thicker, which is mainly caused by the rupture of the corpus luteum. In general, the amount of leucorrhea during ovulation is usually more than usual. It is also clear and transparent, has an egg white appearance, is tough, and can be pulled out into long threads. After ovulation, the ovaries secrete progesterone, which will reduce the amount of vaginal discharge and make the lower body drier. After about 10 days, menstruation will come. Some women will experience bleeding during ovulation, but it is only a small amount of bleeding, which may be accompanied by varying degrees of abdominal pain. Generally, the symptoms are mild and do not require any treatment. However, heavy bleeding should be taken seriously. If there is blood mixed in the leucorrhea during ovulation, you should be alert, as this may be a sign of malignant tumors such as cervical cancer and endometrial cancer. However, it cannot be ruled out that it is caused by other diseases such as cervical polyps, cervical erosion, and submucosal fibroids. The reason why blood appears in leucorrhea during ovulation may be due to the imbalance of sex hormone secretion, which causes large fluctuations in hormone levels during ovulation and causes obvious bleeding; chronic inflammation of the endometrium or inflammatory thickening of the ovarian surface, which causes obvious congestion of the endometrium during ovulation. Patients who have bloody leucorrhea during the ovulation period should undergo some necessary related examinations to avoid aggravating the development of the disease. In terms of diet, they can eat some fish, shrimp, black-bone chicken, black sesame and other light tonic foods. Fried, stir-fried, spicy and dry foods should be eaten less. Meat, greasy, and overly sweet foods should also be eaten as little as possible. They should learn to relax themselves, avoid excessive use of the brain, maintain a good mood, and avoid mental stimulation. They should do appropriate physical exercise to enhance their physical fitness and improve their disease resistance. They should pay attention to personal hygiene, and avoid bathing in a tub, sexual intercourse, etc., to avoid ascending infection by pathogenic bacteria. |
