What causes white flocs in women's urine?

When the body is healthy, urine is relatively clear and transparent. Even if it is slightly yellow, it is quite normal. When women suffer from gynecological diseases, their urine may also change, including color and other characteristics. For example, some friends found that there were white flocs in their urine, and there were a lot of them. What is going on from a medical point of view?

1. Bacteriuria and pyuria Bacteriuria is cloudy and turbid and sinks when left to stand; pyuria contains more white blood cells and inflammatory exudates and sinks to form white cloudy precipitates when left to stand. Bacteriuria and pyuria disappear when heated or acidified;

2. Phosphate and carbonate precipitation: Alkaline urine contains a large amount of phosphate or carbonate, and there is a white precipitate. Formic acid dissolves the carbonate precipitate, and bubbles are produced when it is dissolved by acid; chylous urine, urine contains fat and is white and cloudy, and becomes clear with ether;

3. White flocs in the urine may be caused by urinary tract infection or inflammation. It is recommended to go to the hospital for examination and medical treatment.

Symptoms of Urinary Tract Infection in Women

1. Abnormal urination: Common abnormal urination symptoms of urethritis are frequent urination, urgency, and pain when urinating. Urinary incontinence and urinary retention may also occur. In the early stage of chronic renal failure caused by chronic pyelonephritis, there may be polyuria, and in the later stage, there may be oliguria or anuria.

2. Abnormal urine: Urethritis can cause abnormal changes in urine

3. Low back pain: Low back pain is a common clinical symptom, and kidney and perirenal diseases are one of the common causes of low back pain. When the renal capsule, renal pelvis, and ureter are irritated or the tension increases, it can cause pain in the lower back. Lower urinary tract infection generally does not cause lower back pain. Inflammation of the kidney and surrounding areas, such as renal abscess, perinephritis, perirenal abscess, and acute pyelonephritis, often causes persistent and severe pain in the lower back. The low back pain caused by chronic pyelonephritis is often soreness.
