Uterine cold can cause great harm to women's bodies. Its most typical symptoms are weight gain, insomnia, abnormal menstruation, and pain and coldness in the lower abdomen. Crabs are cold in nature, so women should not eat too much of them, especially those with weak spleen and stomach. Eating too much can cause abdominal pain and diarrhea. For women with cold constitution and cold uterus, eating crabs will make the symptoms of cold uterus worse. Also, women should not eat crabs during menstruation. Eating crabs, snails and other foods during menstruation will stimulate the uterus and fallopian tubes, intensify contractions, and aggravate dysmenorrhea symptoms.

Wolfberry

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 8 dates (dried), a little brown sugar, and appropriate amount of water.

1. Wash the eggs, wolfberries and red dates with water and set aside. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, put in eggs and dates and start cooking.

2. After the water boils, cook for about 10 minutes until the eggs are cooked.

Longan meat

Ingredients: 30 grams of dried longan, 50 grams of jujube, 150 grams of red beans, and 1500 grams of water.
