How to treat cervical warts?

There are many diseases that are transmitted through sexual contact in life, such as common sexually transmitted diseases, syphilis, etc. Therefore, everyone must learn to keep themselves clean and not have sexual contact with any strangers. However, for some patients who already have similar diseases, timely treatment is needed to avoid mutual transmission. So, clinically, if you suffer from cervical condyloma, how should you treat it?

1. Laser treatment: Laser treatment is more suitable for the treatment of superficial genital warts such as those around the vulva and anus. The characteristic of laser treatment is that it is effective quickly and the warts can fall off during the treatment. However, because the laser beam is too concentrated, laser treatment is only suitable for cases where the warts are small. If the warts are too large, laser treatment will be more likely to cause recurrence.

2. Microwave treatment: Microwave treatment of genital warts is a method of treating genital warts that has only emerged since the 1990s. Microwave therapy relies on the high-frequency vibration of microwaves to evaporate the moisture inside the wart, causing the wart to necrotize and fall off to achieve the purpose of treatment. Its characteristic is that it can completely destroy the warts and is not prone to recurrence. However, since the wound recovers slowly after microwave treatment, it is easy to cause secondary infection. Therefore, microwave therapy is more suitable for treating larger, isolated, and scattered condyloma acuminatum.

3. Cryotherapy: Cryotherapy uses liquid nitrogen or dry ice to freeze the wart tissue (i.e. local skin damage) to achieve the purpose of treatment. Cryotherapy for genital warts can freeze the inside of the warts, causing localized severe edema of the tissue, thereby destroying the warts. The most significant feature of cryosurgery is that it leaves no local marks and the cure rate is about 70%.

4. Surgical resection: Although the chance of recurrence of genital warts is relatively high after surgical treatment, it is generally not recommended for patients to undergo surgical treatment. However, for pedunculated, larger warts or those suspected of malignancy, patients can consider surgical removal. However, in order to prevent recurrence, other treatments must be combined after surgery to avoid recurrence due to incomplete treatment.

5. Electrocautery: This is an older treatment for genital warts, which was often used in the past to burn common warts, pigmented nevi and other skin growths. Electrocautery is characterized by simple operation, quick effect, and can be used for any type of genital warts. However, electrocautery requires high technical skills from the operator, and excessive or insufficient burning is harmful.

6. Autologous Genetic Immune Self-Healing Therapy: "Autologous Genetic Immune Self-Healing Therapy" uses "field effect technology and special drugs" as the core treatment to achieve rapid virus killing and detoxification, and then uses "viral immune technology" to implant "immune anti-virus combination factors" into the patient's body.

It produces unique anti-toxicity and immunity, thereby awakening and activating the "human body's self-healing ability" suppressed by the virus, completely reversing the viral genes, and repairing the activity of the body's own immune cells from a deep level, completely eliminating latent viruses and free viruses, and achieving the purpose of rapid self-healing and radical cure without recurrence.
