Ectopic pregnancy is actually what people call ectopic pregnancy. The incidence of this disease is relatively higher nowadays. It is still related to one's lack of attention to personal hygiene and eating habits. However, ectopic pregnancy basically cannot be detected by test paper. You still need to go to the hospital for a detailed examination. This is very critical. Only after these physical examinations can you clarify your physical condition and the specific location of the ectopic pregnancy. 1. Ultrasonic diagnosis: In early tubal pregnancy, B-ultrasound images show an enlarged uterus, but an empty uterine cavity and a low-echo area beside the uterus. This image is not the sonographic feature of tubal pregnancy, and the possibility of early intrauterine pregnancy with corpus luteum should be excluded. Ultrasound detection of the gestational sac and fetal heart rate is very important for diagnosing ectopic pregnancy. If the pregnancy is located outside the uterus, it can be diagnosed as an ectopic pregnancy; if the gestational sac is located inside the uterus, ectopic pregnancy can be ruled out. B-ultrasound has important clinical significance for early diagnosis of interstitial pregnancy, as it can show protrusion of one uterine horn, local thickening of the muscle layer, and an obvious gestational sac inside. 2. Laparoscopic examination: Laparoscopic technology is a relatively advanced technology in gynecological diagnosis and treatment. It originated from the United States and plays a big role in the treatment of gynecological diseases. However, not all hospitals have introduced this technology. Therefore, laparoscopy can be used when conditions permit and when necessary to more directly diagnose ectopic pregnancy. 3. Pregnancy test: The principle is similar to that of an early pregnancy test strip, but it mainly checks the HCG content in the blood. The accuracy of the pregnancy test is much higher than that of an early pregnancy test strip, and the detection time can also be advanced. If it is an ectopic pregnancy, more time can be purchased for treatment. Since the hCG level in patients with ectopic pregnancy is lower than that in normal pregnancy, the general hCG determination method has a low positive rate, and a more sensitive β-hCG radioimmunoassay or monoclonal antibody enzyme-labeled method must be used for detection. 4. Endometrial pathological examination: One of the main symptoms of ectopic pregnancy is vaginal bleeding, and diagnostic curettage is only suitable for patients with heavy vaginal bleeding, with the purpose of excluding intrauterine pregnancy. Uterine discharge should be routinely sent for pathological examination. If villi are seen in the section, it can be diagnosed as intrauterine pregnancy. If only decidua is seen without villi, although ectopic pregnancy should be considered, it cannot be confirmed. |
