1. When to use the pelvic belt

Medical research has shown that the 42 days after delivery is a period of high hormone secretion in women, and the pelvis still has good plasticity at this time. Therefore, if moderate external force is applied to the pelvis in time within 42 days after delivery (i.e. during the confinement period), it can effectively help the pelvis return to its pre-delivery state.

Therefore, mothers who gave birth naturally can start using a pelvic correction belt 2 or 3 days after delivery, and mothers who gave birth by caesarean section can start using a pelvic correction belt 5 or 6 days after delivery, as long as they have recovered well. 2. Unable to retract the stomach : It is wrong to retract the stomach after childbirth. It is correct to retract the abdomen and hips scientifically to restore the pelvis after childbirth. There is no need to retract the stomach at all. Obstetrician Liu Xiangyun said: "It is seriously wrong to bind and retract the stomach after childbirth. It goes against the natural physiology of the human body." You must not retract the stomach after childbirth.

3. The position must be correct : To restore the pelvis, the pelvic correction belt must be used on the hips. Only by tucking in the hips can the pelvis be tightened and corrected. If it is used on the waist, abdomen or base of the legs, it will not have any effect.

4. Fix it firmly : The pelvic belt should not be too tight or too loose. If it is too tight, it will affect blood circulation, and if it is too loose, it will not work. Especially the waist-type pelvic belt is difficult to fix, and the products with poor elasticity or too many sizes are difficult to grasp the tightness, so pay attention when using it.

5. Usage time : Generally, a professional and high-quality pelvic belt can be used for about eight hours a day. It is not good to use it for too long or too short.
