Rehmannia root, Anemarrhena root and old duck soup

Ingredients: 30g Rehmannia root, 20g Anemarrhena asphodeloides, and an old duck (about 500g in weight).

Preparation: Kill the duck first, remove the feathers and wash it, remove the stomach, organs, head and feet, then wrap the medicinal materials in gauze and place them in the duck's belly. Put it in a stewing pot and add appropriate amount of water. Stew it for about an hour, add appropriate amount of salt for seasoning, eat the duck and drink the soup. Can be taken regularly.

Wolfberry and Euryale Pig Bladder Soup

Ingredients: 1-2 pig bladders, 30 grams of wolfberry, 30 grams of Euryale ferox.

Preparation: After removing the grease and blood from the pig bladder and washing it clean, put the wolfberry and water chestnuts into the washed pig bladder, tie the mouth tightly with a thin thread, simmer over low heat for an hour, add a little salt, and eat after cooking. Ingredients: 1 pair of pig kidneys, 15 grams of ginkgo nuts, 100 grams of polished rice.

Preparation: Wash and slice the pig kidneys, mash the ginkgo nuts and put them in a casserole with the rice, add water and cook the porridge over low heat. Take it in two doses within 1 day, and 7 days in a row constitutes a course of treatment.

Leek porridge

Ingredients: 60 grams of fresh leeks, 100 grams of rice. Preparation: Take 60 grams of fresh leeks, wash and cut into sections for later use. First, use appropriate amount of water to cook 100 grams of rice into porridge, then add chopped leeks, cooked oil, and fine salt and cook together. After it is cooked, take it warm, 2 to 3 times a day. It has the effect of warming and nourishing kidney yang, consolidating essence, and can treat kidney yang deficiency, enuresis and frequent urination.

Pay attention to two points when urinating daily:

1. Regular urination

Record the time between urinations that you feel comfortable with. Then, when you are awake, set the time between urinations and empty your bladder when the time is up. Also, be sure to urinate when you wake up in the morning. But at night, only get up when you feel the urge to urinate.

2. Gradually extend the interval between urination

Once you are used to urinating at regular times, extend the interval between urinations by 15 minutes. For example, extend the time from urinating every 1 hour and 15 minutes to urinating every 1.5 hours. Stick to it for a week, then set your goal to "urinate once every 1 hour and 45 minutes." The ultimate goal is to urinate once every 3 hours or so, but it depends on the individual situation.
