How long does it take to get menstruation after taking Clemen?

Clemenorrhoea is a drug that promotes sex hormones. It is mainly used to treat female menstrual disorders and polycystic ovary syndrome. So, how long will it take for menstruation to come after taking Climacterium? In fact, the timing of menstruation varies according to each person's physical condition. Normally, menstruation will come about three days after stopping the medication, but some women will have menstruation while taking the medication. This is normal and there is no need to worry.

Clemen tablets are sex hormone and gonadotropin drugs. This product is used in combination with progestins to establish an artificial menstrual cycle to supplement estrogen deficiency mainly associated with natural or artificial menopause: vasomotor disorders (hot flashes), nutritional diseases of the genitourinary tract (vulvovaginal atrophy, dyspareunia, urinary incontinence) and psychiatric diseases (sleep disorders, asthenia). It can also prevent bone loss caused by primary or secondary estrogen deficiency. Thereby effectively protecting women's health.

The combined package of estradiol valerate tablets/estradiol cyproterone acetate tablets (Climamon) will be administered according to the following treatment regimen:

Take one tablet daily for 21 days without interruption in the following order: 11 white tablets, 10 light orange-red tablets.

After this package is finished, there will be a 7-day treatment break period following this treatment.

Withdrawal bleeding may occur during treatment.

Treatment can start on any day. However, when switching from other sequential hormone replacement therapies to the combination pack of estradiol valerate tablets/estradiol cyproterone acetate tablets (Clematone), it is recommended to start taking the medication after bleeding, that is, a new sequential hormone replacement therapy starts from this day.

If the patient forgets to take a pill, the missed pill should be taken within 24 hours to avoid withdrawal bleeding. If intermittent bleeding occurs, continue taking the medication to avoid more severe bleeding. If bleeding persists, or recurs in several consecutive cycles, or if it occurs for the first time after long-term treatment with Estradiol Valerate/Estradiol Cyproterone Combination Pack, a complete gynaecological examination is necessary to exclude any organic cause.

The benefits and risks should be reassessed regularly (every 6 months) so that dosing can be adjusted or stopped if necessary: throughout the treatment period of the estradiol valerate tablets/estradiol cyproterone acetate tablets (Climamon) combination package; or when switching from other hormone therapy to the estradiol valerate tablets/estradiol cyproterone acetate tablets combination package; or as directed by a doctor.

The combined package of estradiol valerate tablets/estradiol cyproterone acetate tablets (Climamon) cannot be used for contraception. If necessary, non-hormonal methods of contraception should be used (except cyclical and temperature methods). If pregnancy occurs, medication must be discontinued until pregnancy is ruled out.
