1. Abnormal uterine position:

Low back pain is caused by uterine position such as anteversion, retroflexion, and prolapse. There is no special treatment for this type of low back pain. Correcting uterine prolapse and changing body position can relieve the symptoms.

2. Pelvic tumors:

Patients with uterine fibroids, cervical cancer, and ovarian cysts may experience low back pain due to tumor compression of nerves or cancer cells infiltrating the pelvic connective tissue. This type of patients often have widespread pain in the entire abdomen when they have low back pain, and drug treatment is often ineffective.

3. Internal injury factors:

Excessive births, frequent abortions and excessive sexual intercourse can all cause kidney damage and lead to low back pain.

4. Lumbar muscle strain:

Excessive physical fatigue, abnormal standing or sitting postures, and too tight waistbands can all lead to lumbar muscle strain and cause low back pain. Therefore, such patients should pay attention to the combination of work and rest, and move their waist frequently to stretch their waist muscles.

5. Pelvic inflammatory disease:

Patients with chronic adnexitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, and pelvic connective tissue inflammation may experience low back pain due to inflammation. As the primary disease improves or is cured, the symptoms of low back pain may gradually become lighter and disappear.

6. Sacrospinous ligament relaxation:

After pregnancy, the growth of the fetus may increase the support force of the waist, leading to relaxation of the sacrospinous ligament, compressing the pelvic nerves and blood vessels and causing low back pain. This type of low back pain will generally disappear gradually as the waist muscle strength recovers after delivery.
