How is Trichomonas vulvitis acquired?

The main pathogen causing trichomoniasis vulvitis is Trichomonas. The causes of trichomoniasis vulvitis include various stimulations, which often cause mixed infections. The causative bacteria are often Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, and Escherichia coli.
