Breasts are a very critical part of women. They not only highlight women's charm, but also affect women's health. If the breasts become hard or painful, women need to pay attention and take it seriously. Hard and painful breasts are not a simple condition. If allowed to develop, it is likely to lead to worsening of breast problems. 1. Causes of breast pain Breast lumps are a disease in which lumps grow inside the breast due to the different composition of breast tissue. They are divided into malignant and benign according to the severity of symptoms and the chance of canceration. The malignant one is breast cancer. Basically, when this happens, the only way to treat it is surgical removal. However, because cancer will continue to spread, the affected area must be carefully examined before surgical removal. The other is benign. Generally, patients will feel breast pain after the appearance of a lump. As time goes by, if no treatment is taken, the breast lump will continue to grow and the breast pain will increase, causing great distress to the patient's life. 2. Symptoms of breast pain ① Breast fibroadenoma: It is the most common benign breast tumor, which is prone to occur in young women, in one or both breasts. Most of them are solitary, and a few are multiple. The tumor is round or oval, grows slowly, has a smooth surface, a flexible texture, and clear boundaries. The tumor is easy to be pushed and has no adhesion to the skin. ②Breast cancer: It is the most common malignant tumor. In the early stage, it is a painless solitary lump that grows fast, has a rough surface, a hard texture, unclear boundaries, and is difficult to move. When the lump grows larger, it adheres to the skin, and the skin dimple sign and orange peel sign may appear. It can cause the nipple to retract, the breast to contract and be fixed to the chest wall, or even ulcerate, with pus and blood or continuous bleeding. It can also metastasize to the axillary and supraclavicular lymph nodes, and to distant organs. ③ Fibrocystic breast disease: The lumps are irregular in shape, appearing in the form of flakes, nodules or cords, with unclear boundaries and no adhesion to the skin. They increase or decrease with the menstrual cycle and are often accompanied by breast tenderness or tingling. 3. Breast pain patch therapy 1. Function: Soothe the liver and relieve depression, promote qi circulation and relieve pain, soften and disperse lumps. Used to treat breast lumps, bilateral or unilateral breast lumps, distending pain or dull pain, cramping or recurring symptoms accompanying the menstrual cycle, etc. 3.
