Can I practice yoga during my period?

Nowadays, many women are desperately practicing yoga in order to lose weight. In fact, practicing yoga can not only help you lose weight, but also beautify your skin. Because yoga has become a beauty and health exercise for many oriental women, and it is widely loved by everyone. In normal times, we need to choose yoga according to our own body. Let’s take a brief look at the question of whether you can practice yoga during menstruation.

1. Theoretically it is possible, but for your own health, it is better not to do it. If you want to do it, it is okay, but don't do it too much. Slightly smaller movements should be fine, but I still suggest that you don't do it, because I have had such an experience, and I finally chose to do it, but the result lasted for a long time, so it is better not to do it. The menstrual period may rebound, so you should think it over carefully.

2. Some people like to eat cold rice. Due to the pressure of life and lack of time, they always come home at noon, put the leftovers from the morning directly into a bowl and start eating, and then rush to work. Although this saves time, do you know how difficult it is to digest cold rice in the stomach? And do you know how much impact cold rice has on our menstrual period? It can also cause us to have stomach pain, and then there is really nothing we can do.

3. I have a friend who thinks she is young and she has to be hygienic and clean every day. So every time she has her period, she doesn’t take a shower for the first two or three days. Then on the fourth and fifth days, when her period gradually decreases, she starts to take a shower every day. Little does she know how much damage this will cause to her body. If she were not young, I think it would be difficult for her to get through such a painful process. Every time she takes a shower, she feels particularly uncomfortable the next day, an inexplicable discomfort that is indescribable. So never take a shower for the sake of hygiene.

The above is a relatively simple answer to the question of whether you can practice yoga during menstruation. Many friends who like yoga know that the function of yoga is that it can stretch the stiff body through proper physical fitness and breathing exercises, thereby effectively improving the circulatory system in the human body.
