On the third day of medication, take 25 mg (1 tablet) of mifepristone at around 8 am, and add prostaglandin 1 hour later.

Dosage in divided doses: B

Take one tablet of mifepristone 25 mg orally on an empty stomach or 2 hours after eating, once in the morning and evening, for a total of three days. On the fourth day, take 0.6 mg of misoprostol orally in the morning (0.2 mg/tablet × 3 tablets).

How to take misoprostol (prostaglandin):

Misoprostol: 36-48 hours after taking mifepristone for the first time, go to the hospital (on the morning of the third day), take 0.6 mg (3 tablets) of misoprostol after fasting for 1 hour, and stay in the hospital for observation for 6 hours.
