Why do women's lower body itch and have odor?

Private body odor is a very common phenomenon among women, and it has a great impact on female friends. Thank you for dressing up so beautifully, but there is a strange smell coming from your lower body. That is so embarrassing. I believe you don’t want to face this situation! But what is the reason for itchiness and odor in women’s lower body? Why does my lower body smell? What should I do?

1. Fungal vaginitis: Fungal vaginitis may cause odor in the lower body. The most common symptom of this disease is vulvar itching. When the inflammation is severe, frequent urination, painful urination and pain may also occur. If the odor in the lower body is caused by typical candidal vaginitis, the leucorrhea may appear to be tofu dregs or curd-like.

2. Trichomonas vaginitis: Itching of the vulva and vagina, foamy leucorrhea, often accompanied by a special odor, and eczematous changes in the vulva after scratching. A vaginal smear test can be used to distinguish it from the above conditions.

3. Chronic cervicitis: Increased vaginal discharge is the most common symptom of cervicitis, and sometimes the only symptom of chronic cervicitis. Leucorrhea often manifests as pathological leucorrhea, such as viscosity and purulent. Sometimes the secretions may contain blood or a small amount of blood, and there may also be contact bleeding. Vulvar itching may be caused by irritation from leucorrhea.

4. Genital warts: mostly occur in the female vaginal wall, cervical opening and vulva, and may also cause foul-smelling leucorrhea. Molluscum contagiosum occurring in the vulva is mostly manifested as a round papule with an umbilical-like depression in the center, and may also cause itching in the vulva. Genital herpes is often manifested by the appearance of bright, rice-sized blisters on the urethral opening and vaginal wall, accompanied by local itching.

5. Gonorrhea: A sexually transmitted disease characterized by purulent infection of the urogenital system, mainly characterized by increased vaginal discharge, which is purulent and has a foul odor.

Today, gynecological diseases develop so rapidly. If we do not pay attention to prevention, it is very likely to pose a threat to women's health. First of all, we must understand why women's lower body itches and has odor. This will be of great help in treatment and prevention. We must pay attention to personal hygiene and develop good living habits.
