Choose the painful area of ​​lumbar muscles, use plum blossom needle to prick and prick to cause bleeding, and add cupping. It is suitable for cold-dampness obstruction, damp-heat obstruction and low back pain caused by blood stasis.

However, if the disease is not treated properly, it will last for a long time, the pain will enter the collaterals for a long time, qi will stagnate and blood will be blocked in the collaterals, the evil qi will become more solid, the nutrient blood will become more deficient, the muscles and bones of the waist will lose their nourishment, and it may develop into lumbar stiffness and weakness (paralysis), and paralysis in bed, and the prognosis is poor.
