How to improve irregular menstruation

Although menstruation is a normal physiological phenomenon for women, many women regard it as a kind of trouble. Experts say that common causes of gynecological diseases are mainly irregular lifestyle, cold, heat and dampness, mood swings and physical factors.

For example, if you wear too little clothes and catch a cold during your menstrual period, or eat too much cold drinks such as ice cream, the coldness can easily cause blood vessels to contract, blood flow to slow down, and Qi and blood to stagnate, leading to poor blood circulation, causing dysmenorrhea, delayed menstruation, oligomenorrhea, amenorrhea, body pain during menstruation, infertility and other symptoms.

Citrus, carrots, corn, sweet potatoes and papayas protect the gastrointestinal tract, increase disease resistance, and protect the cardiovascular system.

Green Food

Purple and black food

White Food
