Medication: To treat this type of vaginal inflammation, tetracycline and sulfathiazole can be made into suppositories and inserted deep into the vagina once a night for 10 days; metronidazole and ampicillin can also be taken orally. For patients with systemic infection, ampicillin or chloramphenicol can be given intravenously.

2. Gonorrheal vaginitis

It is caused by the pathogen Neisseria gonorrhoeae and can be transmitted through unclean or promiscuous sexual intercourse. There are also a few cases of indirect transmission through wearing swimsuits infected with gonococci or through bathtubs, toilets, etc. contaminated with gonococci. Its symptoms include lower abdominal pain, increased vaginal discharge, purulent leucorrhea, redness, swelling and pain at the vaginal opening, etc. If not treated in time, it may turn into chronic gynecological inflammation. 10% to 20% of women may experience infertility or ectopic pregnancy.

Medication method: Ceftriaxone and spectinomycin are injected intramuscularly for 10 consecutive days. At the same time, you can choose 100 grams of willow leaves, 15 grams of atractylodes, 15 grams of coptis, 15 grams of phellodendron, 20 grams of Patrinia monnieri, 15 grams of Cnidium monnieri, 30 grams of Pulsatilla striata, 30 grams of Sophora flavescens, and 15 grams of Kochia scoparia, and decocted them in water. Wash the vulva while it is warm, 1 to 2 times a day. One course of treatment is 7 days. Generally, recovery can be achieved in 1 to 2 courses of treatment.
