2. Breast hyperplasia causes breast nipple itching. Suffering from breast hyperplasia, both sides of the breasts are swollen and painful, tingling or dull pain. The pain is so severe that you cannot touch or walk. The pain is mainly swollen breasts and can radiate to the armpits, chest, shoulders, back, and upper limbs. Some people also experience nipple pain or itching. The pain fluctuates with mood and menstrual cycle, often aggravated before menstruation or when angry or depressed, and significantly relieved or disappeared after menstruation.

3. Unclean breasts cause itchy nipples. Unclean breasts cause itchy nipples. You need to pay attention to cleaning them regularly. As adolescent girls begin to develop, their breasts also develop rapidly and their nipples begin to enlarge.
