How to treat bleeding caused by cervical erosion?

Many women often do not pay attention to their vaginal hygiene in their daily lives, and sometimes because of their poor physical constitution, they are particularly susceptible to infection by external bacteria, leading to some problems with cervical erosion. The more common symptoms are vaginal bleeding, obvious stinging, itching, and abnormal leucorrhea. However, how should cervical erosion be treated?

Drug treatment has few side effects and is more suitable for women who have not given birth. The most common drugs for treating cervical erosion abroad are Shadier Gel, Huijian Combination, and topical medication Xiaomi Suppositories, which are effective but relatively expensive.

Carefully apply 10-30% silver nitrate solution or 10% iodine to the affected area with a cotton swab. After using silver nitrate, apply normal saline to convert excess silver nitrate into non-corrosive silver chloride. Take twice a week, 4 to 6 times as a course of treatment, and repeat if necessary.

First of all, we need to look at the extent and nature of the erosion. Cervical erosion is divided into three degrees: mild, moderate and severe according to the depth of the lesion. If it is mild and superficial erosion, even if the erosion surface is large, if the erosion is shallow and there is not much leucorrhea, it can be temporarily left untreated. If the papillary erosion is moderate or above, cancer prevention examination and treatment must be done.

Surgical treatment - If the above treatment is ineffective, or there is cervical hypertrophy, or the erosion is deep and extensive, and involves the cervical canal, cervical conization or total hysterectomy may be considered. However, surgical treatment is rarely used nowadays.

After understanding the method of treating cervical erosion with drugs, you can choose this method to treat cervical erosion. However, for severe patients, surgical treatment should also be chosen. Such treatment will have an impact on the female body.

Patients with cervical erosion should go to the hospital for examination in time during the treatment to determine their condition, what symptoms they have, and whether they have developed moderate cervical erosion or severe cervical erosion. Otherwise, the treatment process will be very troublesome. In addition, they should pay attention to their diet and try to eat more high-protein and high-vitamin foods.
