Mechanical examination of vaginal bleeding

Mechanical examination of vaginal bleeding

Vaginal bleeding is a common problem for many women. Some of it is physiological vaginal bleeding, such as normal menstruation and postpartum lochia, which are within the normal physiological range and will not harm your health. Pathological vaginal bleeding is different. It is not only a manifestation of physical illness, but the bleeding itself can also damage physical health. Vaginal bleeding can come from the vulva, vagina, cervix, and endometrium, but most cases come from the uterus. So what are the tests for vaginal bleeding? The following is a mechanical inspection.

Equipment inspection:

1. Hysteroscopy is one of the important methods for diagnosing uterine lesions. It can not only directly observe the morphology of the lesions, but also serve as an indication for biopsy or curettage for endometrial hyperplasia and polyps. It has diagnostic value for bleeding caused by submembranous fibroids, endometrial tuberculosis and early endometrial cancer. 2. Laparoscopic examination can directly observe the morphology and location of the lesions, and take biopsy when necessary. It has auxiliary diagnostic significance for pelvic inflammation, tumors, ectopic pregnancy and endometriosis, which are difficult to diagnose. 3. Colposcopy Using a colposcopy to examine cervical lesions can observe tiny changes in the cervical epidermis that are invisible to the naked eye. It can find cancer-related atypical epithelium and atypical blood vessels, which helps to detect the location of cancer early so as to accurately select suspicious areas for biopsy. It is a powerful auxiliary method for diagnosing early cervical cancer. 4. Ultrasound examination of the pelvis B-type ultrasound examination can understand the size, shape and internal structure of the uterus and ovaries, and is of great value in diagnosing uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, ovarian tumors, early pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy and hydatidiform mole. 5. Hysterosalpingography can assist in the diagnosis of subhysterosalpingographic myomas, endometrial polyps, intrauterine contraceptive devices, and genital tuberculosis. 6. Pelvic CT scan is particularly helpful in understanding the metastasis of cancer in the pelvis.

Today's high-end medical technology is a benefit to mankind. More and more patients prefer technological treatments, and vaginal bleeding examinations have also become mechanized. I hope that all female patients will cherish their bodies, conduct regular self-examinations or medical examinations, and promptly detect various physical problems and provide treatment. Keep yourself and your family away from illness and build a harmonious and happy family together.
